I was up earlier than usual this morning as Tony was off to an early morning golf game. It has been frosty here, and he was hoping there wouldn't be a frost delay. The sun was just coming up and you can see my ponds with the town close behind them. Then I walk up the pathway for 3-4 minutes and I can see this field. I could still hear the coyotes howling this morning, so I guess they had a successful night of hunting.
I am diligently working on my projects to finish for the CGQC. Today is cleaning and some other chores, so maybe by mid afternoon I might have some quilting time.
I have decided to quit my job as it is just not working out. I have not been sleeping, and I mean...not sleeping- going to work sometimes after being awake since 1:30 in the morning. I had knots in my stomach all the time and decided that I don't want to do payroll. It is just not for me. I am more of an administrative/accounts payable gal, so that is what I will be looking for. I am lucky that I am able to do this, but I do have to work. I plan to take the first week and do nothing and try to regain my health. I will have a whole week to quilt! Unheard of!!! Since I made this decision and gave my notice I have been sleeping better and the knots are gone. One more week!!

Good for you to regognize and decide on making the changes that need to be done to maintain your health. Good luck in your quest to finding just what you will be happy in!
It is raining here and this is perfect weather for me to sew which is what I have been doing all day. I received the name of the CG I am swaping the mini quilt with so now I have to decide which project I will make for her.
