This is the fabric I used for the final border and also will use for binding since I had lots of it. It is my favorite of the line as it has all the colours in it. Such a pretty line but way out of my "normal" choices for fabric. I loved making this quilt partly because it was just so colourful and spring is on the way...
Tomorrow I have to plan what I will do for April, but since we won't get home until April 15th, I will just plan something that is manageable. We leave Tuesday, flying into Phoenix, and will just stay overnight, and leave for Mexico in the morning. We'll arrive in Puerto Penasco by 4pm we hope- before dark, and in time to make a nice dinner and watch the sun go down off our deck. Oh, and don't forget the margarita on the rocks! We are back in Phoenix on the 9th, and stay there until the 14th. Then, home...
I am taking my laptop and plan to post from our vacation - no quilting news, but hopefully pretty pictures.
Happy spring everyone, and I look forward to sending you pictures from Mexico.

Really beautiful, great job!!!! Have a wonderful trip too! ☺
I love Tony's quilt. I know what you mean about sewing with bright fabrics after the winter months. Have a safe trip. Be careful in Mexico. My daugher and her husband just returned today from their spring break vacation there and I was worried the whole time they were in Mexico. The news every night did not support Canadians travelling there too favourably ...till the 15th!
Love your Panache quilt...just so cute!
great finish! It is wonderful!

The Panache quilt is so nice. No wonder Tony likes it. It's wonderful.
I love your cuddle quilt. Have a great time in Mexico. Have some tamales and some seafood for me!
