This is the quilt top made with Panache and the pattern is called Celebrate the Day. Tony has laid claim to this- he needs his own quilt when he watches TV. I am pleased with what I accomplished this weekend even though it was quite a busy weekend socially. So this week I want to get the quilt top sewn together, and get the borders cut for it. There is a pieced border and a regular border. I made the quilt a bit bigger than it called for so it is a perfect lap quilt. I know if I leave this on the floor Chloe will sleep on it all day tomorrow!
Tony is going away to a friend's 50th birthday party in B.C. next weekend so I will have lots of time to myself and hope to get lots of quilting done.

Wow, both of those look great Annie!
First and foremost, let me apologize for not stopping by for a few posts. I am NOW trying to catch up on friends.
"Celebrate the Day" is beautiful. I can see why Tony has laid claim to it.
And welcome aboard, I'm also doing the Jelly Roll Quilt Along.
