Here she is laid out. I am going to play with the alternating red/gold stars, but other than that it is ready to number and get ready to sew together.
Because of my quilting incident late last week, the sewing of the quilt top will likely wait until Thursday. I won't be overtired, and I plan to spend the day in my sewing room as I found out today that I have a nice long weekend coming up. I am off from 4:30 pm Wednesday until 8:00 am the next Tuesday morning! Yay!!

That is just gorgeous! I've been working on my Stella Blue for more than 1 year now. I keep putting it aside as other things pop up. I'm inspired to get it out now though☺
Great job!
And she's so beautiful!
I love the darker blues and more vivid reds you've used, and the creamier backgrounds. Everything just shines!
And if it makes you feel better, I had to do a little un-sewing along the way too. I got a few of those partial stars put together a little backwards. :)
I look forward to seeing Miss Stella all finished!
Your quilt looks beautiful. Enjoy your extra long weekend!
What a beautiful quilt...enjoy your wonderful time off...you'll have an amazing quilt to show for it!
Stunning secondary pattern. Have fun sewing!
I know what you mean...sometimes it is just better to read or watch TV rather than sew when you are tired. Your quilt is beautiful! and lucky you...enjoy your days off!
